Conveyor, cutting and feeding of blocks to cheese bars
The X-11 secondary cutter cuts the column into long, thin, programmable bars. The dimension will usually be a measure corresponding to a common denominator of 28 ’’: 4 ’’, 3,5 ’’, 2,8 ’’, 1,4 ’’… The bar height change is automatic.
