The high-speed cheese cutting system that the Coprodev team developed provides Kraft with unequaled productivity and reliability. It incorporates various technologically advanced features aimed at reducing product loss, including laser-measuring devices that provide a 3D volumetric analysis to ensure exact product weight. A weigh scale table designed and built entirely in our facility provides statistical data that enables the cutting strategy to be altered according to applicable federal regulations.
