P40 Cutter and Mach II Ultrasonic Cutter

To produce exact weight portions from a 40 lb cheese loaf, this system proceeds in two steps:

  1. Cut the 40 lb cheese block into 14 inches long cheese bars using our TC-4 cutter
  2. Manually feed our ultrasonic MACH-II / 11X14 cutter with the cheese bars.

One operator should be capable of reaching a throughput of 60 portions per minute.
