G40 Gang cutter
A two stroke “gang cutter” can reduce a 40 lb cheese blocks into individual portions within a 10 seconds cycle. Operators are required to dislodge the portions from the stacks and manually feed a wrapping machine.
These low cost machines can accommodate throughput up to 60 portions per minute, utilising one to two operators.
